At Aurelic, customer satisfaction is our priority.

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• Product must be unused, in original packaging.
• Damaged/defective items must be reported within 24 hours with proof.
• No returns on used items or final sale products.
• Refunds are processed after inspection (3–5 working days).
